Marine FC are delighted to confirm the signing of forward Adam Thomas following his departure from Chester.
The 30-year-old joins with the experience of winning the National League North with Stockport County in 2018/19, so will provide vital know-how to the team in our first season in the league.
Thomas mainly operates on the right wing, and scored three times in 17 National League North appearances for the Seals last term, and netting seven goals in 13 starts in the previous campaign.
The wide forward started his youth career with Everton, before spending time with Stoke City’s youth sides, and has also represented Curzon Ashton, Hednesford and Macclesfield earlier in his career.
Manager Neil Young said: “Adam is someone I have tried to sign on a couple of occasions over the years.
On signing for Marine, Adam said: “I’m made up to be given the opportunity to sign for Marine! The club is on the up and I can’t wait to be part of it.”
“He brings lots of experience and has won the league we are going into. His attitude and character will be a big asset to us.”
