Flinn is a great shot stopper who likes to demand his area. He is a great communicator always talking to his defenders. Although Flinn may not be the tallest this does not affect him, as his performance are always very good.

Flinn won 2 players of the year awards for Southport Athletic in 2020, claiming the managers and parents awards.
