Midfielder – DOB 10/07/2004 Jez joined the Mariners on a month-long loan from Salford City in September 2024.

20-year-old Davies started out with our friends over at Tottenham Hotspur, before representing Burnley at youth level and eventually joining Salford in January this year.

Jez mainly operates in central midfield and can also play out wide.

On joining Marine, Jez said: “I’m happy to be joining the team and I’m ready to come in and start playing games as more men’s games is something I want at this stage in my career.

“The lads are great, I’ve spoken with the gaffer and I’m just excited to get going.”

Manager Neil Young said: “Jez is an all-action midfield player who comes highly recommended to us and already in training he has really impressed.”
