Adult tickets cost £10 whilst concessionary tickets for retired citizens (aged 65 and over) and children (up to 16 years of age) cost £6 and can be purchased using the following link:
Tickets will go on general sale from 10am on Sunday 3rd October.
Fans entering the stadium must provide their e-ticket or printed ticket which will be scanned on entry at gates 1 and 2 on College Road or at gates 5 and 6 adjacent to the club entrance. All gates will open at 6-45pm at which time the Arriva Suite and 1894 bar can be accessed for refreshments and snacks.
The Mariners earned the replay after drawing 0-0 in a close game on Saturday at which both teams had chances to win. Marine and Atherton Collieries will therefore be in Monday’s draw for the 4th and final qualifying round of the Emirates FA Cup. So far Marine have progressed to this stage of the competition by beating Workington, Dunston and Warrington Town before drawing at Atherton on Saturday.
Marine officials continue to be pleased with the increase in attendances at the Marine Travel Arena with the three home league games averaging 945. In the FA Cup, the attendance for the Workington replay was 801 whilst the attendance for the Warrington Town game in the previous qualifying round was 1,003. The new ticket scanning technology installed for this season has been a huge success and has helped staff and operators process the increased number of fans entering the stadium.
Marine Chairman Paul Leary said:
“We anticipate our biggest cup attendance of the season for the visit of Atherton Collieries for this important Emirates FA Cup replay. Both clubs will be seeking that vital victory that will take them into the final qualifying round of the competition with the opportunity to progress to the First Round proper.
I cannot stress enough the need for fans to purchase their tickets online in advance of the game as this enables fans to enter the stadium without any delay through the turnstiles.”
Paul Leary added:
“I look forward to welcoming the players, staff, officials and supporters of Atherton Collieries to the Marine Travel Arena for this Emirates FA Cup 3rd Qualifying Round replay and I have no doubt that it will be another exciting and tense game.”
