PitchingIn NPL Marine are delighted to announce the signing of former Southport midfielder Jack Bainbridge.
The midfielder is a massive signing for Neil Young’s side given his experience in the league above, and adds extra quality with that experience to the middle of the pitch.
The 25-year-old made 115 appearances for Southport over a three-and-a-half-year spell with the Sandgrounders and has vast experience at National League North level.
Bainbridge has also made three appearances for Sunderland’s senior side, as well as turning out for the Black Cats’ youth teams, and those of Everton, Swansea City, Stoke City and Derby County during his formative years.
The Southport-born player mainly operates in central midfield but has also played on the right and in defence.
