Marine entertain City of Liverpool at the Marine Travel Arena this afternoon in the Pitching In Northern Premier League West (3pm).
The Mariners return to league action having bowed out of the Emirates FA Cup on Tuesday evening, and will be seeking to close on the leaders with a derby day win. Manager Neil Young is still without long-terms absentees Anthony Miley and Germano Mendes, but may otherwise have a fully-fit squad to select from for the game, with defender Dean Winnard in contention to return following injury.
City of Liverpool occupy 13th place heading into today’s game and feature several former Mariners in their squad, plus manager Michael Ellison.

Gates 1 & 2 on College Road will open at 12:30pm and fans entering the stadium must provide their e-ticket or printed ticket which will be scanned on entry. Gates 5 & 6 adjacent to the club entrance will open at 1:45pm to accommodate the extra number of spectators that are expected to attend the game.
