Q1. If I haven’t assigned tickets to the ticket holder in Kaizen, will they still qualify for a ticket?
No. Allocations have been calculated based on the numbers within Kaizen. If we were to sell tickets to people whose names are not in the system, people within the system would miss out.
Q2. Can someone collect a ticket on my behalf?
Yes. For members, the collectee must have your membership / season ticket card. For those who qualify through Kaizen, the collectee must have a copy of your ID. In both cases, pleas email fans@marinefc beforehand so we know that your ticket is being collected on your behalf.
