Mariners to kick-off 2021/22 campaign in Staffordshire…
Following a request from Marine FC to Newcastle Town FC and subsequent approval given by the Northern Premier League, Marine confirms that its opening day fixture originally scheduled for Saturday 14th August at the Marine Travel Arena has been switched to Newcastle Town’s Red Industries Stadium.
The reverse fixture will now take place on Saturday 18th December at the Marine Travel Arena.
Marine FC thanks Newcastle Town FC and the Northern Premier League for enabling these fixtures to be switched.
Marine intends to run a Supporters’ coach to Newcastle Town on Sat 14th Aug, booking details for which will be posted on this website and our social media channels tomorrow (Thursday 5th August).
The Mariners’ opening home league game of the season is set for Tuesday 24th August when Colne visit the MTA for a 7:45pm ko.
