Enterprise National League North Marine AFC confirm the following squad / injury update:
Midfielder Ash Hunter has unfortunately sustained an ACL knee injury which is likely to keep him out for the remainder of the season.
Fellow midfielder Matty McDonald has suffered a Grade 2 hamstring tear which will see him miss another 8-10 weeks.
Defender James Butler continues with his rehab following his broken leg sustained in August, with no date yet set for his possible return.
Midfielder Leigh Whelan and defender James Brown returned to the squad on Saturday.
The club are awaiting an update following Harvey Gregson’s injury on Saturday.
Meanwhile forward Anjola Popoola (7 appearances, 1 goal) and midfielder Finlay Tunstall (4 appearances) have returned to Accrington Stanley following completion of their respective loan period – we thank both players for their contribution and wish them well in their future career.
