Firstly, a Marine XI will take on Skelmersdale United, featuring predominantly under-23s and a few trialists. All proceeds from the match will be going to Skelmersdale United. The match will be a 4pm kick-off on Saturday 5th July. Prices will be £5 for adults, £3 concessions (including 11-17), and free for under-11s.
Under-11s and 11-15-year-olds must be accompanied by an adult or concessions ticket.
Then after a trip to Colwyn Bay the following Saturday, Marine will host Morecambe on Saturday 19th July, with kick-off at 3pm. Prices are £8 for adults, £5 concessions (including ages 11-17), and free for under-11s.
Following a Tuesday night trip to Vauxhall, the Mariners then host York City on Saturday 26th July (1pm kick-off), with prices again at £8 for adults, £5 concessions (including ages 11-17), and free for under-11s.
The following Saturday 2nd August, after a trip to Ashton United on the Tuesday, Bobby Grant’s side will wrap up pre-season with a 3pm kick-off against Prescot Cables, with prices at £8 for adults, £5 concessions (including ages 11-17), and free for under-11s.
