The fan engagement survey carried out following the end of the 2024/25 season provided much useful feedback – our thanks to Head of Commercial Rob Armes, supporters Stuart Wilks-Heeg and Jake McKenna for their assistance in preparing the survey and collating the results.
Generally satisfaction levels were really pleasing but there is always room for improvement and we will be reviewing key areas such as the Public Address system and stadium bars, amongst other things, over the summer.
