Marine FC are delighted to confirm that striker Bobby Grant has signed a new contract to remain with the club for the 2024/25 season.
The striker joined Marine in January and has set an example both on and off the pitch for the younger players.
The 33-year-old has over 500 professional games under his belt, mainly in the EFL having played in all of League Two, League One and the Championship.
Bobby has scored 12 goals in 22 appearances since signing, showing he very much still possesses his goalscoring ability.
On signing his new deal, Bobby said: “The club and fans have shown amazing support to myself and my family since I joined so to be able to continue the journey with them is great. The plan is to achieve some more incredible memories together.
“I have committed for another season to help the club progress even more up the football pyramid. It’s really that simple – I want to help Marine achieve even bigger things.”
Manager Neil Young said: “Bobby has had a massive impact both on and off the field since he arrived in January and he became a big fans favourite very quickly.
“His quality, experience and character was a big part in our upturn in form from January.
“All of those qualities will be invaluable in our new journey in the National League North.”
