Marine FC are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a new First Team Physiotherapist/Sports Therapist.
The role is part time for an immediate start.
It is an ideal role for new graduates, with the salary to be discussed at interview.
A valid UK driving license is essential, and a BSc in Physiotherapy, Sports Therapy, Sports Rehabilitation or equivalent.
Applicants must also be full members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists, Society of Sports Therapists or BASRaT.
The minimum first aid requirement is an FA Level 3 Emergency Medical First Aid in Football (EMFAiF).
Experience working within a first team sporting environment is desirable.
Job Description:
- To assess, diagnose and treat First Team musculoskeletal injuries.
- To provide medical care for weekly training sessions (Tuesdays and Thursdays pm) and Saturday matchdays.
- Communicate with coaching staff/manager regarding medical issues, injury status and return to play timeframes.
- To keep accurate and up to date treatment notes and rehabilitation sessions.
