Marine face Dunston at the Marine Travel Arena this afternoon (3pm) in the Buildbase FA Trophy First Round.
The two clubs met earlier in the season with the Mariners staging a fine second half comeback to record a 2-1 win in the Emirates FA Cup First Qualifying Round on Tyneside. A similarly close contest is expected this afternoon between the teams as they bid to take one step closer to Wembley.
Both sides enjoyed wins on penalties in the 3rd Qualifying Round, Marine beating South Shields whilst Dunston overcame Bamber Bridge to set up today’s tie.
Should the score remain level after 90 minutes this afternoon, the tie will be settled by penalty kicks with no extra-time to be played.
This match is all-pay with season tickets and membership cards not valid for today’s game.

Gates 1 & 2 on College Road will open at 1:45pm and fans entering the stadium must provide their e-ticket or printed ticket which will be scanned on entry. Gates 5 & 6 adjacent to the club entrance will also be open to accommodate the extra number of spectators that are expected to attend the game.
