Marine entertain South Shields at the Marine Travel Arena this afternoon (3pm) in the Pitching In Northern Premier League Premier Division.

Both sides have begun the season with a win and a draw from their opening two games, Marine winning at Guiseley before being held by Lancaster City, whilst title-favourites South Shields beat Stalybridge Celtic on opening day before claiming a point at Ashton United in midweek.

Neil Young hopes to welcome Alex Doyle and Mo Touray back from injury this afternoon, although Jack Dunn remains doubtful due to a hamstring issue. New signing Joe Ferguson, and Djavan “DJ” Pedro, who made his debut as a substitute on Tuesday evening, are also in contention.

Tickets for this afternoon’s game are still available for all supporters to purchase up until kick-off via;

Marine season tickets and membership cards must be presented for scanning at the turnstiles, whilst holders of NHS or Student season tickets should also present their ID badges.

Gates open at 1:30pm, with the 1894 Bar & Bistro open from midday and Arriva Suite open at 1:30pm for refreshments.

Supporters are encouraged to arrive early this afternoon due to the expected large attendance.
