Job Advert: Men’s First Team Manager – Marine Football Club
Marine Football Club is seeking an ambitious and dedicated Men’s First Team Manager to lead our senior squad. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our club and drive performance on and off the pitch.
Requirements:
– The applicant must have experience of either Managing in National League step 2 (or above) or proven success at Northern Premier League Level step 3.
– A hunger to drive the football club forward over the coming years.
– Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
– Passion for developing players and building a competitive team.
Reporting Structure:
The successful candidate will report directly to and work closely with Director of Football, Neil Young.
