18. Midfield – DOB 30/01/2001

Attacking midfielder Sonny Hilton signed for the Mariners on a free transfer in summer 2026 following his departure from Southport.

The energetic, box-to-box midfielder made a good impression during his time at his previous club, making 80+ appearances.

Sonny came through the ranks at Fulham and enjoyed a successful Premier League 2 career, captaining his side while making 63 appearances and notching 31 goal involvements.

The talented midfielder has also made his mark on the international stage, with appearances for England U16, U17 and U19.
