Dean brings a wealth of knowledge to the club, having coached since 2012. A UEFA B Licensed Goalkeeping Coach, he arrives with extensive experience operating across both academy and senior football environments. Throughout his career, Dean has enjoyed successful spells working with a number of clubs, including Macclesfield FC, Bradford Park Avenue, and Warrington Rylands. He currently serves as Head of Academy at Airbus UK Broughton FC, where he oversees the development pathway for young players. Alongside his academy leadership, Dean also works part-time for the Everton International Academy. His comprehensive background spans dedicated goalkeeper coaching, player development, academy management, and talent identification. Dean is highly regarded for creating high-performance environments that help players maximise their potential at every stage of their footballing journey. On joining the club, Dean shared his enthusiasm for the upcoming campaign “I’m excited to be joining Marine and can’t wait to get started. I’m really looking forward to the season ahead, working alongside Bobby and the rest of the coaching staff, and helping the goalkeepers develop throughout the season. “It’s an exciting opportunity for me, and I’m looking forward to seeing what we can achieve together and what this season has in store.” Everyone at Marine extends a warm welcome to Dean and looks forward to seeing his impact on the pitch.
